7 Tips for Buying in a Tight Market

7 Tips para Comprar una Casa en un Mercado Competido

Increase your chances of getting your dream house in a competitive housing market, and lower your chances of losing out to another buyer.

Incrementa tus posibilidades de obtener la casa de tus sueños en un mercado de bienes raíces competitivo, y baja tus posibilidades de perder ante otro comprador.

1. Have your Money ready.  Ten tu dinero listo.

You’ll be able to make a firm commitment to buy and your offer will be more desirable to the seller.

2. Stay in close contact with your real estate agent to find out about the newest listings. Mantente en contacto constante con tu agente de bienes raíces para enterarte de los listings más nuevos.
